It’s with great pleasure that I present to you Julian Goldstein. I’ve selected a few of his street pictures of New York. Julian keeps a great website site named I Shot NY where he regularly updates us with some truly inspiring street photography from around his neighborhood (the Upper West Side) or anywhere else he’s wandering around. Pretty much all of his photos are film, and pretty much all of them are awesome. He’s got a knack for capturing expressive and spontaneous images of the unique atmosphere in New York City.
His website has a great collection of archives where you can find all of his past photographic works. Julian lets us discover the spooky, the ironic, the funny; and of course the beautiful aspects of the Big Apple.
