Yup, you read that right, Pete Eckert is visually impaired. But that does not stop him from capturing some mesmerizing photographs, in fact his work easily competes with some of the great photographers out there who have perfect eye-sight. Have a look at this great video on Pete, check out some his work below, and read his inspiring story on his website.

I really love the way Michelle’s minimalist composition captures facial silhouettes in a pool of darkness, it gives a subtly melancholic and beautiful mood to her photography.
Found on the Flickr group.
Elif & Barış, two photographers from Istanbul, seem to create a great team; they capture raw moments in a variety of styles and all walks of life.
There’s lots of talent coming out of Russia, I see it everyday all over the internet. Nora is from Moscow, now let’s move on to Pavel who’s from Saint-Petersburg. I first saw this photographer’s great work over on BOOOOM, where Jeff never ceases to amaze me with the work he finds. Pavel’s pictures have a lovely peacefulness to them.
There’s something magical about the pictures Aeschleah takes with her lover. This hotel series is my favorite part of her work, mostly because it has such a genuine and perfect vibe to it. Also I really like the recurrent whiteness of everything, the bed sheets, the walls, the curtains and the sunlight add to the pure beauty.
her portfolio website has an insane amount of other great works too, check it out
aaah natural light and beautiful women, a perfect photographic combination. However only a few out there combine them as well as Ériver does.
He also has done some great project themed photography, see on his website
I’m more of a portrait photography guy usually, but when I saw this up on Triangle Triangle I had to check out the rest of Emily’s work. I think it’s fair to say most of us photographers are constantly trying to be original in our work, and in my opinion Emily has created truly original work in this type of landscape photography.
I’m leaving for London this afternoon so I’ll be updating from over there ! so siked !
You know the orange-like color the sunlight takes in the last hours before sunset? or the slightly more orange color from the street lamps at night? I’m obsessed with it. So finding Katherine’s work today really made my day, I was so happy I forgot about the theft of my canon charger from my luggage for a while (but not too long).
Go check out the rest of her Flickr, it will get you so excited about taking pictures you’ll forget to put clothes on.
