While visiting the Helmut Newton Foundation in Berlin yesterday I came across a beautiful book featuring artists who graduated from the Helsinki School – entitled a female view. Nanna Hänninen is one of those artists and I love what she did on this project.

I think what really blows me away about Sarah’s work, especially these type of organic sculptures she creates, is how every piece of hers demonstrates a completely out-of-the-box thought process. Her little creations depict an amazing fusion between words, images and ideas.

Tori’s photography is awesome. I think if I was to make a list of characterizing words to go with these pictures, I would go with tones/bokeh/momentsintime/awesomeness those last 2 may not look like proper words, but I assure you they are. I also tried to figure out where Tori lives because her last blog post was about how surprised she was its still snowing in April, which are my thoughts exactly considering its STILL F%$@ING SNOWING IN MONTREAL (these words are accompanied with cries of pain and sorrow).
