Christopher over on ChangeTheThought posted about Erin a little while ago, and I couldn’t resist the urge to repost on this incredible photographer. Her underwater series blew my mind, and I think the only real way of getting some kind of insight on the way she works is to read her own words:
“my work aims to explore the human connections and subtle nuances that whisper into the ear of our every day. much of my work is rooted in the ideas of mind, body, seamlessness and time. this is largely because my deepest beliefs lie in the principles of buddhism, the integration of art and life, and the preservation of beautiful moments. i am nomadic by nature and am inspired each day by the nothingness that resides in all things.”

Erin has also worked on the camera project a great idea that consists of sending one-time use cameras to children around the world for them to record their daily lives.
I’m still hoping to get some suggestions for magazines to feature here!
